Marquette Classique

Every third Sunday of the month, Chateau Marquette is the place for up-and-coming, young top musicians from the Netherlands and
Netherlands and beyond, mainly solo but also duo, trio or quartet.
An important element of these concerts is the competition element, with the public vote every month and the final after 12 concerts in which the three musicians/ensemble(s) with the most votes compete for 1st place. During the finals, the audience again chooses the winner.
The three finalists will receive a cheque, which they can spend on their study or production of music carriers.
This monthly meeting point at Chateau Marquette is a welcome enrichment of the regional cultural offering.
For Heemskerk and the surrounding area, this is a fantastic initiative and an excellent way to fill in a Sunday morning.
On March 19, the 2022/2023 grand finale will take place.
The audience voted the three best performances to the finals after 12 monthly concerts.
